Kristen brings deep experience to Sentiem from a Software Group, where she was the Group Chief Executive Officer. She managed the profitability and growth of three core business units, alongside fostering the development of new portfolio additions. Her leadership encompassed a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from overseeing a diverse workforce of over 500 employees across multiple countries to crafting and implementing comprehensive business strategies and objectives at the group level.

Previously, Kristen held the Chief Product Officer role, which included leading the successful launch of a new core gaming platform. Prior to this she was the Director of Marketing at a Media Group in Quebec. In addition to her corporate roles, Kristen has been an Advisor to the Board of an Investment Capital business.
